Gray Collection is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support for its Ottawa hotel and restaurant operations. Reporting to the HR Director, Corporate, the role covers employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, health and safety, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and workforce reporting. The position is primarily based at the Ottawa hotel location, may require occasional travel to Montreal, and requires flexibility for operational needs outside regular business hours.
