Howmet Aerospace is hiring an HR Generalist for its Casting Facility in Dover, New Jersey. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the role supports HR operations for approximately 900 non-union manufacturing employees, including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee relations, benefits, compliance, performance management, and internal job postings. The position also supports external and internal apprentice programs and requires 3–5 years of human resources or recruiting experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication and computer skills, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
