IPG is hiring a Human Resources Generalist for its Truro site to coordinate day-to-day HR programs, including recruitment and onboarding, training and orientation, attendance and performance management support, supervisor coaching, employee relations, immigration program administration, HRIS data maintenance, workforce analytics, policy implementation, and employee engagement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, knowledge of employment and human rights legislation, HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
