The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle, driving operational excellence in HR programs, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices. Key responsibilities include developing and administering HR policies, fostering a positive employee culture, assisting with talent acquisition and onboarding, managing off-boarding processes, supporting performance and development, maintaining HR records, ensuring legal compliance, generating HR reports, and contributing to special projects aimed at improving the employee experience.
