Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations and employee relations. The role handles complex team-member relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, regulatory inquiries, employment-law compliance, benefits and leave administration, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, employee engagement, training, performance reviews, and HR process improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of progressive human-resources experience, knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to build organizational relationships; hospitality or timeshare experience is preferred.
