Naval Base Kitsap is hiring a Human Resources Generalist (Grade NF03, Salary Code 3C) to provide HR support to HQ or a large local NEX Activity complex. The role maintains HR records and data, supports recruitment and staffing, assists with compensation administration, employee relations, training, orientation, awards, and performance evaluation, and coordinates HR projects and office assignments. Applicants need either three years of general responsible experience or one year of Human Resources experience, with an alternative education substitution available.
