The HR Generalist supports CleanSpark’s growing workforce across multiple locations by managing employee lifecycle activities, HRIS data and reporting, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance training, employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and HR process improvements. The role requires strong communication, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive environment; it may involve company-vehicle operation or travel between job sites.
