Lima One Capital is hiring an HR Intern to support people operations across payroll, compensation, employee relations, onboarding, I-9 verification, training, employee records, benefits design, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. The role reports to the SVP of HR, includes an 11-week summer project presented to senior leadership, and is onsite in Greenville, South Carolina. The internship runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a stated duration of May 17, 2027 through July 30, 2027, and pays an hourly rate dependent on the position.
