Methode Electronics is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support HR transformation, talent, employee experience, digital enablement, process improvement, workforce analytics, AI adoption, automation, and HR technology initiatives. The intern will partner with HR and business leaders to improve onboarding, talent programs, recruitment, reporting, and operational processes while researching emerging HR trends and developing documentation and recommendations. The role requires a current bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, strong analytical and communication skills, and authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis after graduation.
