The Human Resources Lead is an hourly retail leadership role focused on driving sales, delivering a strong customer and associate experience, and supporting store operations through hiring, onboarding, retention, scheduling, data integrity, cash office duties, and shortage control. The role partners with store leaders to meet business objectives, requires flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays, and needs at least 1+ year of retail leadership or HR management experience.
