Description
The Human Resources Management North role manages long- and medium-term staffing deployments, shift schedules, workforce time-management systems, user onboarding, data analysis, master data, authorizations, and process-optimization projects. It requires commercial training, at least four years of relevant professional experience, two years of state-recognized further education, experience in a collective-bargaining multi-shift company, Microsoft Office 365 knowledge, fluent German and English, and agreement to a security screening. The position is full-time in Bremen with a 38.5-hour work week and mobile working.
