Seizmic is hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager in Covina, California for an in-office role within its People & Culture department. The position is hands-on and combines strategic HR leadership with daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including employee relations, compliance with California and federal labor laws, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, performance management, employee engagement, and oversight of one HR Generalist using Paylocity and other HR systems.
