Majestic Care of Lakin is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead routine HR functions within an assigned community, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits communication, employee file compliance, I-9/E-Verify, OSHA log tracking, unemployment claims, leave administration, HRIS data accuracy, and handling sensitive HR issues in accordance with laws and company policies.
