Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with experience managing HR teams
Experience in a unionized environment
Experience in a manufacturing or food environment (asset)
Preferred Qualifications: Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations and of health and safety at work (H&S)
Comfort with administrative recruitment processes
Expertise in HR strategy, change management, and organizational development
Technological agility (Office 365, payroll system)
Comfort working with diversity and inclusion
Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
