Majestic Care of Middletown is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead routine human resources functions for its care team members, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employment compliance, I-9 and E-Verify processing, OSHA recordkeeping, unemployment claims, leave administration, HRIS data accuracy, and sensitive investigations or terminations. The role requires one to three years of human resources experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
