HomeXpress is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead advanced workforce analytics, employee relations, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, recruitment support, onboarding, career-pathing, and personnel infrastructure. The role reports to the SVP, HR, requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, and at least 8 years of total human resources experience in a mid-to-large company, including at least 3 years in a Human Resources Management role. The position is office-based and may require a Wonderlic assessment.
