Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employment, training, employee relations, compliance, leave and workers’ compensation cases, and recognition programs for Thompson Central Park New York. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the role also supports budgeting, employee surveys, hotel meetings, and staff events. The position requires 2–4 years of progressive human resources experience, a relevant college degree, and advanced human resources training; hotel operations experience and Union Local 6 experience are desirable. The salary range is $77,000–$90,000 annually.
