Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a Human Resources Manager to oversee benefits administration, employee relations and performance management, workforce planning, payroll verification, talent acquisition, and learning and development across corporate and retail operations. The role supervises HR Associates, manages compliance and regulatory matters, maintains HR systems, and requires 100% on-site presence in the greater Minneapolis area. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the position requires five years of progressive human resources experience, including two years of employee management experience.
