Ohana Pacific Health is hiring a Human Resources Manager to support its People strategy and serve as the primary liaison between People Operations and Community Operations. The role manages talent acquisition, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, candidate selection, onboarding, and complex employee relations matters, while partnering with leadership and hiring managers on talent strategy. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, three to five years of human resources experience including at least one year in recruitment or retention, and knowledge of full-lifecycle recruiting and online networking tools.
