Description
The Human Resources Manager will manage and administer HR policies, procedures, compliance, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, payroll, and HRIS systems for an assigned portfolio. The role reports to the COO, may manage an HR team, and supports portfolio leadership and employees. It is a hybrid position with standard Monday-Friday hours and requires 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, with management experience preferred. The stated salary is $113,000–$158,000 depending on experience.
