Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all human resources activities for Spokane Club, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, regulatory compliance, policy development, training, performance management, employee relations, records management, and HR information-system administration. The role supports a 120+ employee organization and is supported by a payroll specialist and controller.
