Experience supporting audits, quality assurance activities, process documentation, or compliance initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, information management, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) certification or working towards certification preferred.
Additional education or certification in records management, compliance, auditing, data governance, privacy, or business analytics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
