Remote Human Resources Operations Manager role supporting California restaurant operators for Curry Up Now. The position partners with Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing to handle employee relations, recruiting, payroll, compliance, training, workers' compensation, and HRIS/data reporting across a multi-unit restaurant environment.
