RSM is seeking an experienced Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Supervisor to provide hands-on HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients. The supervisor will oversee the daily work of HR Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance, and operational excellence for small and mid-sized businesses. This role involves executing HR deliverables throughout the employee lifecycle, serving as a quality reviewer, offering advisory support, conducting compliance assessments, building HR processes, managing deadlines, coaching junior staff, adapting to changes, contributing to business development, and performing other related duties.
