Koiviston Auto Helsinki Oy is hiring a part-time Human Resources Planning Intern to support the planning and management of driver resources for public transport operations. The intern will assist with schedule changes, personnel arrangements, absences, training, resource solutions, analyses, reports, planning methods, and traffic operations supervision. The role is available Monday to Friday with flexible hours, approximately 20% of full-time workload, and can be performed at the Ruskeasuo depot in Helsinki or the Ojangon depot in Vantaa. Applicants need at least one year of higher education studies, strong organizational and analytical skills, IT and AI/analytics capabilities, and fluent Finnish and English.
