Description
The Human Resources Policy Specialist is a temporary, project-based role leading a comprehensive review, revision, and reorganization of a credit union's employee handbook and related human resources policies. The role audits existing documentation, updates policies for compliance with federal, state, and local employment law, identifies legal and operational risks, drafts new policies, standardizes formatting and version control, coordinates with HR leadership and ADP partners, and prepares revised materials for employee distribution. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressive human resources experience, strong policy-writing and compliance knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ADP Workforce Now. Compensation is $71,105 to $88,881 annually, with an in-office Monday-through-Friday schedule.
