Boggs & Company (AJBoggs) is hiring an experienced HR professional for its Okemos, Michigan headquarters to own a broad range of human resources responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles. The role also covers HR administration, compliance, organizational design support, process improvement, compensation and benefits analysis, and collaboration with the Propower team to source and develop high-performing talent. The position is full-time, on-site, and offers a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year along with medical, dental, vision, life, and HSA/FSA benefits.
