McBride is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, talent assessment, performance management, career development, succession planning, employee relations, HR communications, organizational development, and temporary-worker employment processes in an international FMCG environment. The role requires a university degree in HR, psychology, or a related field; experience delivering HR processes internationally; knowledge of employment law and talent-management practices; strong English and MS Office skills; and familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems including Workday and TETA.
