Baird is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern for a hybrid summer internship in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The intern will schedule interviews, manage candidate and client correspondence, draft offer letters, monitor communications, maintain candidate information in Workday, provide customer service to hiring managers, and support recruiting projects. The role requires 37.5–40 hours per week during the summer and 15–20 hours per week during school semesters, with a start date of June 2027. Applicants should be pursuing a relevant degree, anticipate graduating in May 2028 or later, and have strong communication, organizational, Microsoft Office, and client-service skills; prior office experience is preferred.
