Oneida ESC Group is hiring a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Intern for a part-time summer internship in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, scheduled for Monday through Thursday, eight hours per day. The role is split approximately 50/50 between talent acquisition support and human resources administration, including recruiting, candidate screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, onboarding, employee records, HRIS data entry, employee communications, HR reporting, and HR-related research. The intern must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and should have strong organizational, communication, confidentiality, attention-to-detail, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills; prior HR or talent acquisition experience is preferred. The internship pays $20 per hour.
