The role includes sourcing and headhunting candidates, conducting first-round interviews, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, handling candidate communications, managing external job postings, and reporting recruitment metrics. Candidates need at least three years of recruiter experience with technical positions, fintech sourcing and recruitment experience, and executive search experience.
