GA Telesis is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, reporting to the Director of Information Technology. The role supports employees and service personnel with hardware and peripheral installation, software loading, system operation, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and coordination with helpdesk and network services. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent school experience with 1–2 years of relevant experience supporting a multinational or global organization, strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Windows; Quantum ERP experience is a plus. Only U.S. citizens or permanent residents are eligible.
