The role handles job analysis, hiring communications, personnel action processing, tracking, payroll and personnel data entry, and resolution of personnel and payroll issues. Candidates must have extensive federal staffing and placement experience, strong communication skills, demonstrated experience with job analysis, NFC, PAR processing, and EPIC Web, and must be able to pass a security clearance process.
