statworx is hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Frankfurt to support recruiting for Data & AI roles. The position focuses on active sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels, candidate pre-screening, applicant and talent-pipeline management, job advertising, collaboration with recruiting teams and hiring managers, and occasional employer-branding activities. Candidates should have initial recruiting or active-sourcing experience, strong German and English skills at least at C1 level, structured and independent working habits, persuasive communication skills, and an interest in data, AI, and technology. The role is based in the Frankfurt office with regular remote-work flexibility and up to four weeks per year from another EU country.
