Disney is hiring a full-time Launch Readiness Program Manager to lead operational readiness for business launches and initiatives across its streaming platforms. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies risks and dependencies, improves support workflows and tools, establishes readiness processes, and provides operational insights to product and business stakeholders. Candidates need at least three years of program, project, operations, or related experience, strong cross-functional and customer support operations skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. The position is based in Santa Monica, California, with alternate work locations in New York and San Antonio, and offers a base salary of $95,500 to $128,000 in Santa Monica.
