Description
Salesforce is hiring a Lead Technical Writer for Agentforce Operations to manage and expand documentation for an agentic workflow platform, including Agentforce Operations Help and Developer Documentation. The role partners with product and engineering teams, maintains documentation architecture, creates user assistance and UI labels, uses AI tools, and adapts to a fast-moving startup environment. Candidates need at least five years of professional technical writing experience, including developer or API documentation, along with experience working with engineers in a startup-like environment and familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Markdown, and Git.
