Covenant Place is hiring a Maintenance Technician-Housing in Chapel Hill to support building maintenance, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, work orders, and general facility repairs in a senior living community. The role involves maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, responding to resident and staff requests, performing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, plaster, landscaping, and grounds maintenance, and keeping buildings, storage areas, and maintenance supplies in good condition.
