Seaspan is hiring a Manager, Human Resources to serve as the dedicated HR business partner for the CFO organization, supporting Finance, Business Technology Solutions, Digital Transformation, Contracts, and IT. The role advises senior leaders, leads workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession planning, employee and labour relations, change management, compensation and performance processes, HR analytics, and enterprise HR program delivery. It requires a bachelor's degree, preferred CPHR designation, and at least 10 years of progressive HR experience with significant HR business partnering experience in CFO and IT functions. This is a full-time, permanent role based in North Vancouver, Canada, with optional hybrid work after 90 days of onsite onboarding.
