Printpack is hiring a Manager, Human Resources in Rhinelander, Wisconsin to lead the HR function at a manufacturing facility. The role partners with plant leadership to execute HR strategy, manage key HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, associate relations, training and development, leadership development, benefits and salary administration, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The position also supports employee engagement, culture, EHS programs, and community relations.
