Description
Whop is hiring a People Operations and People Systems Operator to own the employee operating environment from offer through exit. The role manages the full employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, employment compliance, HRIS, integrations, data quality, self-service support, reporting, and operating playbooks, while partnering with recruiting, finance, legal, IT, and the Chief People and Talent Officer. The position requires at least five years of People Operations, HR Operations, or People Systems experience, hands-on HRIS ownership, knowledge of payroll and US employment compliance, data fluency, and practical use of AI and automation. It is an in-office role for Whop’s approximately 100-person team.
