Description
Q2 is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead its Software Delivery team and the full-stack engineers responsible for release orchestration, release intelligence, and engineering workflow automation. The role partners with Product, Architecture, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams to improve enterprise-scale software delivery, while owning hiring, coaching, product vision, roadmap, platform evolution, automation, reliability, and operational excellence. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree and at least six years of related experience, or an advanced degree with four or more years of experience, along with strong systems thinking, product thinking, and English communication skills.
