Description
The Manager – Talent Acquisition leads CIA’s recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition function across multiple United States campuses and remote new hires. The role manages the full-cycle hiring process, recruitment team performance, job descriptions, applicant tracking, onboarding, search committees, recruitment metrics, and hiring manager training. It requires an associate’s degree or significant related experience, at least five years of human resources experience including three years in recruitment or talent acquisition, one year of supervisory experience, and experience with an internet-based applicant tracking system. The anticipated hiring range is $80,000–$90,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
