Description
Kroll is hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for Financial and Risk Advisory businesses across India. The role covers sourcing passive talent, interviewing candidates, coordinating offers and preboarding, building relationships with hiring managers, monitoring recruiting metrics, and supporting global and regional talent initiatives. Candidates need 6–8 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, strong India-market sourcing expertise, direct-sourcing and candidate-mapping skills, and familiarity with ATS software, preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
