Description
Grab is hiring a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead the hiring delivery team in Vietnam. The role reports to the Country Head of People Operations, Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh, and is responsible for developing the team, partnering with business and People leaders, using hiring metrics and market intelligence, improving sourcing and pipeline strategies, managing recruitment workflows and resource allocation, and stepping into critical hands-on hiring situations. The position requires at least 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, operational discipline, and proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
