Description
Bracket Bot is hiring a full-time Mechanical Design Engineer for an onsite role in San Francisco. The role owns mechanical systems from initial sketches through CAD, prototypes, testing, supplier feedback, and production, covering structures, mechanisms, joints, actuation, packaging, assembly, fixtures, reliability testing, and manufacturing. The engineer will build and debug hardware, collaborate with electrical, robotics software, and operations teams, and work with suppliers on materials, processes, tolerances, and BOM costs. The position is a founding-team role with major ownership of mechanical architecture and the physical product, offering competitive cash and meaningful equity.
