Description
The Office Manager owns Horning’s main office and its administrative systems, including facilities and vendor coordination, reception, mail and records, supplies and purchasing, employee workspace setup, company events, and executive administrative support. The role requires on-site attendance Monday through Friday, occasional evening and weekend event work, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of relevant office management or senior administrative experience, event-planning experience, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, vendor-coordination experience, and strong communication and judgment skills.
