ZT Systems is hiring an experienced Project / Program Manager (P3) for its GTX office to lead customer operations and supply chain strategic initiatives. The role covers project planning, execution, monitoring, stakeholder communication, risk management, KPI tracking, change management, process improvement, and delivery of projects meeting quality, compliance, schedule, and budget requirements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus five years of project management experience, or a master’s degree with three years of experience, along with cross-functional leadership, ERP and PLM experience, data visualization, and JIRA or Visio experience.
