Figma is hiring a full-time Payroll Program Manager to scale global payroll operations and lead complex payroll initiatives across AMER and EMEA, with APAC support as needed. The role manages vendor implementations, new-country launches, system integrations, process improvements, automation, and cross-functional partnerships with Benefits, HRIS, Accounting, People, and global vendors, while also supporting payroll processing and review. The position can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States and offers an annual base salary of $140,000–$202,000 USD, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
