GHD is hiring a People Business Partner for its Canada Central People Team to partner with business leaders across Ontario, develop workforce strategies, support talent and leadership development, advise on employee relations and change initiatives, and lead regional people programs. The role is based in a GTA office, ideally Toronto or Ottawa, with regional travel and a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of related experience, knowledge of Canadian employment legislation, and strong consulting and communication skills; the salary range is $90,000 to $130,500.
