Data Wow is hiring a People Manager to lead its people functions, including recruiting, human resources, employee learning and development, compensation and performance management, and company culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will develop strategies for recruitment, employee experience, development and retention, manage direct reports, and support employees through benefits, performance, compensation, and engagement. The position requires at least five years of people-field experience, including significant experience in recruiting, HR, organizational development, and culture, plus two years as a senior people leader. It also requires fluency in English and Thai, with experience in a fast-paced startup-like environment and a tech company preferred.
